The Opportunity As a Club Manager at Fitness First , you’ll be at the centre of a dynamic, collaborative environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities. This is a varied and rewarding role, combining people leadership with full accountability for the financial and operational performance of your club. You’ll lead by example, using your exceptional customer service and proactive sales approach to generate membership growth and retention. More than managing a club, you’ll shape its culture — creating a space where staff are motivated, members feel supported, and everyone is empowered to reach their best. Key responsibilities: Management of sales budgets and analysis to determine proactive strategies for improvement Meet your own sales target to contribute to the club's overall monthly and annual targets Leading in the delivery of exceptional member experiences and the successful resolution of member concerns Recruitment, training and retention of staff members Performance appraisals Weekly meetings engaging with department leaders To be successful in this role you will need: Leadership experience managing a sales team with 5 direct/indirect reports in a high volume and fast paced environment.
